Creating a Neuro-Inclusive Workplace Program
For my final project for this program, I wondered: Could you make learning about technical, neuro-inclusive data fun?
To answer that, I made 2 YouTube Shorts/Instagram Reels to tease information about Auditory Processing Disorder and direct hypothetical viewers to the larger body of work.
This program is presented by the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and the Center for Neurodiversity at Rowan University. It focuses on developing inclusive organizational and workplace environments.
